12^th European Wood-based Panel Symposium

12 - 14 October 2022, Hamburg, Germany

After a forced pause due to the pandemic, this year, the symposium once again took place in Hamburg at the Grand Elysée Hotel. With 320 guests from 28 nations, the organizing team from Fraunhofer WKI and European Panel Federation (EPF) can look back on a very well received event. The symposium was supported by Hywax GmbH and the iVTH.

Over the course of two days, numerous technical lectures on numerous aspects of wood-based materials and in addition a trade exhibition and poster session were presented.

The evening reception on invitation of the Hywax GmBH provided a convivial get-together above the roofs of Hamburg. In addition, the welcome evening and the longer breaks provided ample opportunity for networking.
